Advances in digital technology have evolved, affecting photojournalist in many ways. One of biggest impacts on photojournalism are the wireless transmitters. It’s crucial for photojournalist to share their images as fast as they can. Luckily overtime, wireless transmitters speed has continued to increase drastically sharing images around the world. From pigeons, runners, the internet, and social media news images have been shared. As we've seen in Professor Nordell's video Before There Were Pixels he states, "Facebook if by land, and tweet if by sea." Before technical advances people even viewed the world from drawings that were imprinted into newspapers. In addition, people used to wait in long lines to view images from photojournalist.
